We don’t talk about lucid dreaming anywhere near enough. Everyone can do it. It just takes practice and perseverance and maybe, after reading today’s article titled How to Become a Lucid Dreamer, you too will agree that we all should be doing it. The more conscious and aware we become as individuals, the more we lift the consciousness level of the collective.

Lucid dreaming is a way of learning what it might be like to live a life without the limitations we have come to so readily accept for ourselves. Naturally, there will always be some limitations in this 3D Matrix. However, since 95% of the mind operates subconscious programming, many of the beliefs we limit ourselves with are not even conscious—nor are they necessary once we are able to identify and release them.

Lucid dreaming is an extremely liberating practice because it puts us in touch with both our soul/subconscious and our spirit/will. Both have to work together when we enter into the lucid dream state. Essentially, the kind of mastery we can achieve in terms of unifying our soul and our spirit through lucid dreaming practices is almost impossible to achieve any other way but is exactly the kind of mastery we need to evolve. It is, simply put, soul alchemy of the highest order.

Now, I don’t claim to be a Master lucid dreamer but I have been studying the practice for many years and am devoting the second half of 2024 to learning and practicing as much as I can (yes, daily).
