Happy Monday, soul family! It’s a Bank Holiday Monday here in the UK. I’ve been spending most of the day in the garden and walking/playing with the dogs. It has been a much-needed break from my routine of researching/writing/doing readings.
I’m keeping today’s newsletter short to give myself some more time to chill this afternoon/evening. I work very long hours most days but some days, I hit the wall. Today was one of those days so I was glad it was a Bank Holiday. It somehow made me feel like had earned some time off.
