Happy Thursday, Soul Family! I’ve been thinking a lot about the Light Body and how we can activate it lately. Many modern spiritual teachers touch on this subject quite a lot and while there are similarities, there are also differences which can be confusing. In the text below, I aim to give an overview that brings a bit of clarity.

I believe that many of the divine avatars that walked on Earth through the ages mastered Light Body activation. I also believe that many who teach this concept make it much more complicated than it ought to be. It’s really about the marriage of the soul (feminine) and the spirit (masculine) within one’s heart. You don’t need to follow any particular ‘Ascended Master’ or Archangel to grasp the concept—It’s already embedded in your DNA and you will tap into this process when you are ready. Simples.
Light Body Activation: An Overview
Light Body Activation refers to the spiritual process of awakening and developing one's higher consciousness and subtle energy bodies. This concept has its roots in ancient metaphysical teachings but has gained popularity in modern spiritual circles, particularly among those identifying as Starseeds. Light body activation is deeply tied to the concepts of ascension into 5D, unity consciousness and New Earth.
Origins of Light Body Activation
The origins of light body activation trace back to various spiritual and esoteric traditions. Ancient civilizations like the Egyptians, Hindus, and early Christians described similar processes, though with different terminologies and frameworks.
Ancient Egypt: Referenced in the teachings of Thoth and the Emerald Tablets, where the Ka (the etheric double) and Ba (soul) play crucial roles. Joining the Ka and Ba enables full control by the Sahu (Higher Self). This, in turn, enables a soul to bilocate as well as continue to return to Earth at will after death.
Hinduism: Known as the attainment of higher states of consciousness through practices like Yoga and Tantra, which activate the chakras and align the energy body.
Christian Mysticism: The concept of the ‘glorified body’ in Christian texts, achieved through spiritual awakening and union with divine light.
Western Mysticism: In occult and esoteric traditions, another name for Light Body activation is the Alchemical Wedding. The theme is hidden in plain sight in the Tarot.
The Process of Awakening Your Light Body
According to various New Age teachings, awakening the light body involves several stages, often including meditation, energy work, emotional healing, and lifestyle changes. Here’s a general outline:
Preparation: Begin with grounding practices and cleansing your physical and energy bodies through healthy living, meditation, shadow work, and detoxification.
Activation: Engage in energy practices like Reiki, Qi Gong, or Kundalini Yoga to stimulate your energy centres (chakras).
Integration: Continued emotional healing (including deeper shadow work) and integrating higher energetic frequencies into your daily life.
Expansion: Connect with higher dimensions and spiritual realms through deep meditation, astral travel, and other metaphysical practices.
Embodiment: Manifesting the higher consciousness in your everyday living and interactions, leading to a sense of unity with the universal consciousness.
Comparing Perspectives: Starseed vs. Ancient Traditions
Starseed Perspective
Starseeds believe they originate from other star systems and carry memories and missions from their home planets. Light body activation for Starseeds is often seen as:
Remembrance: Recovering cosmic memories and divine missions.
Alignment: Aligning with their frequency from their star origin. This obliterates the sense of separation caused by the veil of forgetfulness when they descended into 3D.
Ascension: A means to ascend and assist in Earth’s transformation to a higher dimension.
Ancient Phenomena
Christianity:
Transfiguration: Jesus' transfiguration, where his face shone like the sun, is seen as an example of light body activation.
Mystical Union: Saints and mystics experienced divine light and union with Christ through deep prayer and ascetic practices.
Hinduism:
Kundalini Awakening: The rise of Kundalini energy through the chakras leads to enlightenment.
Samadhi: States of higher meditation where individuals experience oneness with the divine light.
Conclusion
Light body activation, though modern in its terminology, shares profound similarities with ancient spiritual practices from various traditions. Whether viewed from a Starseed perspective or through the lens of ancient traditions, the ultimate goal remains the same: achieving a higher state of consciousness and unity with divine light. This more or less happens automatically when the soul is ready for the truth that it was never separated from the spirit.
