Thoughts at the Crossroads
A Turning Point Under the Capricorn Full Moon: Reflections, Tarot Guidance & Horoscopes for All 12 signs
The weather has finally caught up with the calendar.
Almost as soon as we crossed the Summer Solstice here in the UK, we were hit by a proper heatwave. While I’m certainly not complaining about seeing the sun, sleeping has become something of an endurance sport. Without air conditioning, our bedroom has been hovering somewhere between a humid 25°C and 30°C at night, making deep sleep feel more aspirational than achievable.
So if this week’s newsletter is a little shorter than usual, you’ll know why!
Perhaps it’s fitting, though. This Capricorn Full Moon on 29–30 June has all the hallmarks of a period where we’re asked to conserve our energy and focus on what truly matters rather than trying to do everything at once.
At 8° Capricorn, opposite the Sun in Cancer, this Full Moon illuminates the axis between our public responsibilities and our private lives. Capricorn asks what we’ve built, what we’re committed to, and whether the structures supporting our lives are actually fit for purpose. Cancer reminds us that success means very little if we’ve sacrificed our sense of home, belonging, or emotional well-being along the way.
There is so much going on in the skies around the time of this lunation. Mercury stations retrograde in Cancer the day before (or on the day if you’re in the US), inviting us to revisit old emotional patterns, family matters, and unfinished conversations. On the 30th, the day of the Full Moon here in the UK, Jupiter enters Leo, encouraging us to lead more courageously and from the heart. Meanwhile, Mars is moving towards Uranus, suggesting that surprises, breakthroughs, and sudden changes could arrive with very little warning.
In other words, this isn’t a Full Moon for clinging to business as usual.
It’s a turning point.
If you’ve been feeling the tension between duty and authenticity, between doing what you’ve always done and following the quiet nudge of your soul, pay attention. Capricorn rewards steady effort, but it also demands honesty. Not every structure we've built deserves to be carried forward.
I’ve explored this lunation in detail on Angelorum, including the Sabian Symbol, spiritual themes, and a six-card Tarot spread to help you work consciously with these energies:

Now, let’s see how this Full Moon may be showing up for your sign...
Capricorn Full Moon Horoscopes All 12 Signs
I recommend reading first for your Rising sign, as this shows where the Full Moon is activating your life most directly. If you don’t know your birth time, reading for your Sun sign will still provide valuable guidance.
Aries
This Full Moon lights up your career, reputation and long-term ambitions. You could be reaching an important milestone or seeing the results of months (or even years) of hard work. Even so, don’t be surprised if success feels heavier than expected. With Saturn and Neptune adding pressure, this is no time to carry the whole world on your shoulders. Mercury turning retrograde invites you to reconsider what home and emotional security really mean. Have you been building a successful life while neglecting the place where your heart comes to rest?
Taurus
Your attention turns to the bigger picture. Whether you’re studying, teaching, travelling or exploring your spiritual path, this Full Moon asks whether your long-term vision still feels true. Hidden fears or old patterns of self-sabotage may become easier to recognise now, allowing you to release them. Mercury retrograde encourages you to slow down, rethink plans and choose your words carefully. Delays are likely to work in your favour.
Gemini
Transformation is the theme for you. Matters involving shared finances, taxes, debts, inheritances or intimate relationships may reach a turning point. At the same time, you may find yourself reassessing friendships or the groups you belong to. Mercury retrograde asks you to review your relationship with money and self-worth. If payments are delayed, avoid assuming the worst. Sometimes the pause provides valuable perspective.
Cancer
Relationships take centre stage under this Full Moon. A partnership may reach a new level of commitment, or you may realise that something has reached its natural conclusion. The challenge is to maintain a healthy balance rather than carrying more than your fair share of the emotional load. With Mercury retrograde beginning in your sign, you’ll likely be reflecting deeply on your identity, priorities and the direction your life is taking.
Leo
Work, health and daily routines come into sharp focus. If you’ve been overextending yourself, this Full Moon is unlikely to let you ignore it any longer. Practical improvements to your schedule or well-being could make a remarkable difference over the coming months. Pay attention to your body, particularly bones, joints and teeth. Mercury retrograde encourages more quiet time, rest and reflection before charging ahead with new plans.
Virgo
This is one of the more joyful Full Moons of the year for you. Creative projects, romance, children or entrepreneurial ventures may reach an important milestone. If perfectionism has been holding you back, this lunation encourages you to loosen its grip. Mercury retrograde may reconnect you with old friends, communities or networks that still have something valuable to offer.
Libra
Home and family matters reach a point of completion or decision. Some of you may move house, renovate, establish healthier family boundaries or simply gain greater clarity about where you belong. Balancing career demands with your private life becomes especially important now. Mercury retrograde asks you to revisit professional goals and perhaps redefine what success means to you.
Scorpio
Conversations you’ve been avoiding may finally take place. This Full Moon brings clarity to communication, learning, writing and everyday projects. If you’ve been working hard behind the scenes, your efforts could begin to bear fruit. Just be mindful of overwork. Mercury retrograde encourages you to revisit your beliefs, educational plans or travel arrangements before making major commitments.
Sagittarius
Money, resources and self-worth are highlighted now. You may be completing one chapter of your financial life while preparing for another. This is an excellent time to review your budget, income streams and long-term security. Mercury retrograde shifts your attention towards shared finances, debts or investments, making it wise to double-check paperwork before signing anything significant.
Capricorn
This is your Full Moon, making it one of the most important personal turning points of the year. You may hardly recognise yourself by the time this cycle has fully unfolded. The invitation is to build a life that reflects your authentic values rather than simply fulfilling obligations. Mercury retrograde encourages you to reflect on your closest relationships. Old connections may resurface, offering opportunities for healing, closure or renewed understanding.
Aquarius
Your inner world is illuminated. This Full Moon invites deep rest, reflection and spiritual renewal. Hidden patterns, limiting beliefs or unconscious habits may become much easier to recognise, allowing genuine healing to begin. Mercury retrograde shifts your attention towards your working life and daily routines. Reviewing systems and simplifying your workload will pay dividends later.
Pisces
Friendships, communities and long-term dreams come under the Full Moon’s light. You may finally see which goals deserve your continued investment and which have quietly run their course. Financial opportunities connected with groups or collaborative projects could begin to emerge, even if progress feels gradual at first. Mercury retrograde encourages you to reconnect with your creativity, revisit unfinished projects and perhaps even rediscover an old passion.
On Angelorum This Week
The heatwave has meant that LisaEddy.co.uk has been taking a well-earned breather this week. Sometimes the wisest creative decision is to honour the season you’re in—quite literally!
Over on Angelorum, however, I’ve continued expanding two themes that have become increasingly important to me: working consciously with the angelic intelligences through Tarot, and exploring what I’m calling the Christo-Hekatean Path.
Working with the Angels Through Tarot
This week I published three new angel-related resources:
Archangel Michael: Protection, Courage, Truth & a Tarot Spread for Divine Alignment — exploring Michael’s solar nature, a simple devotional ritual, and a brand-new six-card Tarot spread for guidance and protection. Read the article
Pahaliah — Angel of Deliverance & the 2 of Cups — the latest in my ongoing Shem HaMephorash series, with correspondences, Hebrew letters insights and a Tarot spread for connecting with this beautiful angelic intelligence.
Archangel Raphael: Healing, Self-Love & Tarot — a comprehensive guide to Raphael’s healing ministry, complete with prayer, ritual and Tarot spread for receiving guidance and restoration.
Every angel article includes an original Tarot spread. I hope that these spreads help move angelic work beyond simply reading about the angels into actively cultivating a relationship with them through prayer, contemplation and the guidance they offer.
A New Chapter: The Christo-Hekatean Path
Perhaps the biggest development on Angelorum isn’t a single article at all, but the beginning of something entirely new.
For many years, I’ve written separately about Tarot, Hekate, angels, astrology and Christian mysticism. Increasingly, though, my own contemplative practice has been revealing a thread that weaves these together in a way I hadn’t anticipated.
I’m calling this unfolding exploration The Christo-Hekatean Path.
These aren’t attempts to convince anyone or establish a new doctrine. They are offered quite openly as UPG (Unverified Personal Gnosis)—the fruit of prayer, contemplation and years of walking a devotional path that continues to surprise me.
If you’re curious about where this journey is leading, these two recent posts provide a good place to begin:
Christo-Hekatean Devotional Practices — practical ways I have found to honour Christ and Hekate within a single contemplative practice.
The Iynges, the Seraphim & the Queen of Heaven — an exploration of the striking parallels I’ve experienced between the Hekatean Iynges, the Seraphim and Hekate as Sophia/Queen of Heaven.
Whether these ideas resonate with you or not, I hope they encourage you to remain open to the possibility that sincere contemplation sometimes reveals connections we never expected to find.

Which of this week’s topics would you most like me to explore further?
As always, thank you for spending part of your week with me.
Whether you’re navigating this Full Moon with a clear sense of purpose or simply trying to make it through one hot, sleepless night at a time, I hope you find moments of grace, clarity and quiet encouragement along the way.
Until next Friday, take good care of yourself—and if you’re also melting somewhere without air conditioning, know that you have my deepest sympathy!
With love,
Lisa 🌹

Stay cool! We just had our AC repaired and thankfully the major part is under warranty. It's really hot, and our humidity can reach 100% in the late evenings/early mornings. 🥵
